Established in the coastal city of The Hague in the province of South Holland, the Ahmadiyya Anjuman Isha'at Islam Nederland is a historic Dutch institution devoted to the study, publication, and presentation of Islamic teachings to a European audience. The organisation traces its origins to the Lahore based association founded in 1914, one of the earliest South Asian Muslim publication societies to address European readers in their own languages, producing translations of the Qur'an into English, German, Dutch, and many other tongues.
